Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why.

One thing: the email address you choose to give us. Here is exactly what happens to it.

What we collect

If you request The Week or enter the Loguaron Inner Circle, we collect the email address you type into the form, and nothing else. Browsing the site requires no account and asks for no personal information.

What it is used for

Your email is used to send you what you asked for: the free one-week packet, Inner Circle materials, and occasional notes about Loguaron editions and launches. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it

Email delivery is handled by our email service provider, which stores the address on our behalf. The site itself is hosted as static pages; our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and operations, as all web hosts do.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Leaving

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to contact@loguaron.com at any time to have your address corrected or deleted. We will confirm when it is done. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Purchases

Purchases are completed on Amazon, with Amazon's secure checkout and buyer protections. Your payment and shipping details stay between you and Amazon; they are not shared with us.

Disclaimer and liability

The information on this site, our promotional materials, and the books and digital materials we publish, including the Clinical Practice System, the Clinical Case Companion, the Loguaron Reader, A Mentor's Notes, and the Digital Edition, are organizational and educational materials. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Every decision made using them, clinical, contractual, financial, or otherwise, belongs entirely to the user. Loguaron Publishing House accepts no liability for such decisions or their outcomes.

The workbooks are personal notebooks, not official records. It is your responsibility to record patient information only as initials or local reference codes, in line with your confidentiality obligations and workplace policies, and to store your copies, physical or digital, securely. Loguaron Publishing House is not liable for the loss, theft, or disclosure of any information written in them.

The site is not directed at children.
